Grant's career started long ago at 2TM Tamworth. Grant has called many stations his home over the years, some of which include 6PR Perth, 5AD Adelaide, 4BC Brisbane and Sydney's 2WS, 2DAYFM, 2UE and 2GB.

A highlight for Grant was the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Grant was the announcer at the main stadium and voice for all other Olympic venues.

Grant has spent some time in television too, he compared TV shows Jukebox Jury and The Wheel Of Fortune.

Grant Goldman named 'CMA International Country Broadcaster Of The Year'


Grant Goldman had a surprise visitor on air in the shape of Australian country music star Jasmine Ray who presented him with the

CMA International Country Broadcaster of the Year Award for “Outstanding Contributions to Country Music”
.

This award recognises outstanding achievement by radio broadcasters outside the United States who have made important contributions for the development of Country Music in their country. Up to three recipients may be named in any year, but no more than two from one country in one year.

Other countries on the winners list include, England, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Greece, Denmark, The Netherlands, Canada, Ireland and Poland.
